For client enquiries: your name, work email, company, the roles you are hiring, the location of those roles and any context you choose to provide.

For candidates: the information you send us, typically your CV, contact details, work history and role preferences.

To respond to your enquiry, to run and manage recruitment processes, and to keep a record of our discussions. We do not sell personal data.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in providing recruitment services, or consent where you have given it.

Enquiry and candidate records are retained only as long as needed for the recruitment relationship and any legal or accounting obligations, in line with industry-standard recruitment practice.

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will respond within the statutory period.
